ReplyDeleteShe altered the recipe a little a they turned out most and lighter.
I cut down the flour to 1 1/3used canola oil instead of butter
and 1 cup of vanilla soy milkused mini liners( all i had) at 350 for 18 min
made a lemon honey drizzle to top them off.
Quite tasty! some use used agave nectar to sweeten instead of sugar, I also replaced 2/3 cup of all purpose flour with whole grain flour.
